FAQ: Policies & Booking info

What is your cancellation/no show policy?

Although Aura understands that life is messy and things happen, we do require 24 hours notice of any cancellation otherwise the credit card on file could be charged 50% of the service fee. No shows are charged 100% of the service fee and could be blocked from using the booking portal.

We recommend rescheduling any appointments if you’re unsure that you’ll be able to make it at the allotted time.

Do you require face masks?

I don’t have any mask policies but clients are welcome to wear them if it makes you feel more comfortable!

Am I able to bring some one with me to my appointment? (Children, parent, significant other, etc.)?

One other guest is permitted, although children under the age of 18 are not allowed to be present during a cosmetic tattoo appt and will be asked to reschedule.

What are your forms of payment?

We accept cash, card or Apple Pay.

What is the best way to book an appointment?

You can access our booking portal on our webpage as well as on our Instagram and Facebook profiles. 

Here you can create a profile with all your important info, select dates and times that work for your schedule, book, reschedule and cancel your own appointments and stay up to date on any openings in our schedule! 

Through our booking site you’ll receive confirmation text messages and emails detailing information about your appointments as well as receiving receipts after you leave.

Do you take clients coming from another artist?

For lash extensions and permanent brows we require a consultation in order to proceed further as it 100% depends on several factors. This can be discussed in consultation in person or through email!

With that being said, we do charge an extra fee for any approved lash fills on other artists lash extension clients and all new permanent brow clients coming from another artist are expected to pay the full initial price which includes a 6-8 week touchup.
